Due to a Microsoft Outlook for Mac code change, the current Mac Outlook plug-in for the Webex Desktop Application and Productivity Tools does not work with Outlook 16.23 and later versions for Mac. The Cisco team is actively working with Microsoft to address this issue, Cisco advises customers to stay on an earlier version until this issue is. Re: WebEx Productivity Tools for Mac Outlook 2013 We are using the WebEx Cloud and could really use an updated Productivity tools that works with the new Outlook 2015/2016. Half of our company is on a Mac. Webex Productivity Tools is a separate package from the Webex Meetings desktop app for WBS39.10 and later versions. Productivity Tools supports integrations with other applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Lync, Internet Explorer, and IBM Lotus Notes.
Unsupported due to code change. A solution to fix this became available March 20, 2019.
As of March 20th, 2019 there is a fix for this issue.
Issue: Webex Meeting icon no longer works in Outlook on the Mac version 16.23 and higher.
You do need to delete from the Mac the old Webex Meeting application. Go to Finder, type in Application find Webex folder and click on uninstall Webex Meetings. Click restart when that is done then go download Webex Meetings application from .. (we are working on getting this download on our installation directions).

Select Webex Meeting and follow the installation steps.
When you get prompted to add your primary email, do so and follow the login prompts.

Microsoft Outlook for Mac 16.23 and Later Incompatibility

The Cisco team is actively working with Microsoft to address this issue, Cisco advises customers to stay on an earlier version until this issue is addressed.
Once the newer version of Outlook is installed, there is no known way at this time to uninstall and revert back to an older version.
If running Outlook 16.23 or later, one may get an error message when launching Outlook with the latest Desktop version installed.

Download Cisco Webex Productivity Tool
Before installing Webex Productivity Tools, ensure that your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:
- You must have administrator privileges for your computer.
- Refer to the WebexCross-Platform Feature Support for Services and Platforms for supported operating systems, browsers, and other minimum system requirements.

2 | In the left navigation bar, select Downloads. |
3 | On the Downloads page, under Cisco Webex Productivity Tools, select Download. |
4 | Save the installation programs to your computer. The name of the installation file has a .msi extension. |
5 | Run the installation file and follow the instructions for Productivity Tools. |
6 | Enter your Webex site URL, username, and password. |
When the installation is complete, from the Preferences dialog box you can do the following:

1 | In Microsoft Outlook, from the Schedule Meeting menu, select the Preferences dialog box to set up Webex Productivity Tools, or to verify your settings. The Preferences dialog box appears. |
